Separate books. One workspace.

Multi-brand CRM for agencies running more than one business

Generic CRMs treat your agency like one company. Ledrix is the multi-brand CRM that gives each client brand — or LLC — its own pipeline, access, and merchant, without a second SaaS login per entity.

Sandbox is a shared tour with sample data. A trial is a private workspace of your own.

Generic CRM vs Ledrix on this job

Without the split

  • Every LLC dumped into one pipeline
  • One Stripe login for the whole shop
  • Closers can open another brand’s book

In Ledrix

  • Each brand keeps its own pipeline
  • Payment links use that brand’s merchant
  • Sellers only see assigned records

Can I manage multiple businesses in one CRM?

Yes — if the CRM actually splits books, not just tags. A CRM for multiple businesses has to keep leads, staff access, and payment accounts on the company they belong to. Ledrix does that inside one agency tenant: you add each client brand or LLC as a brand. You do not open a second Ledrix subscription per legal entity.

One tenant (agency workspace) on one bill

Many brands (client companies or LLCs) with their own pipelines

Brand count follows your plan — not an unlimited claim on every package

Admins see the whole workspace; closers do not

Tenant vs brand vs legal entity

A Ledrix tenant is your agency workspace — one login bill, one Super-Admin-facing company. A brand is a book inside that workspace: leads, sellers, and merchant keys. A legal entity (LLC) is your real-world company. In practice you map each LLC you must keep apart onto its own brand. Two LLCs sharing one brand still share one pipeline and one merchant — the product cannot invent a split you did not configure.

Tenant = agency workspace

Brand = isolated book (pipeline + access + keys)

LLC = legal entity you choose to map onto a brand

How lead assignment works for separate businesses

Inbound forms, site script, API posts, and CSV import land on a named brand. Admins assign (or auto-route) a closer. The seller is emailed when a lead is assigned. Ownership sits on the lead record, not in a shared “everyone grab it” pile.

Every inbound has a brand owner

Closer assignment is a field, not a Slack ping

How seller access is restricted

Commission-only closers use the seller panel. Queries only return assigned records for that brand. They cannot browse another LLC’s leads, run admin import, or open agency-wide lists. Admins still see every brand.

Seller panel = assigned book only

Isolation is enforced in the query, not a hidden menu

Admin CRM remains the oversight login

Each brand’s own Stripe or PayPal configuration

Save that brand’s Stripe and/or PayPal keys on the brand record. Ledrix does not silently split one agency Stripe account. When a closer sends a payment link from the deal, checkout uses the merchant saved on that brand. Orders and payment events stay attached to that brand’s payment — not a shared default.

Keys are configured per brand, by an admin

The link is generated on that lead or order

Refunds and disputes attach to the payment that was taken, where webhooks are set up

When to use a multi-company CRM instead of separate subscriptions

Buy a second CRM login per LLC if each company is a totally separate team with no shared admin. Use one Ledrix workspace when the same agency ops team must see all books, but closers and merchants must stay apart. That is the job of a CRM for multiple businesses: one operations login, many isolated brands.

Shared ops + separate books → one workspace

Totally separate companies with no shared admin → maybe separate tools

Ledrix is a multi-tenant CRM for agencies that run multiple client brands. It stops you stuffing every company into one pipeline and one payment account — leads stay on the right brand, Stripe and PayPal links generate under that client’s merchant, and chargebacks attach to the payment that was actually disputed.

US and UK digital marketing and growth agencies, plus sales teams that manage more than one client brand — people currently juggling spreadsheets, a generic CRM, or a single Stripe login that mixes every client’s money.

Yes. Run every client brand under one agency workspace without mixing leads or payments. Admins see the full picture; sellers only see their assignments; each client gets a portal for their own orders and invoices.
